Helping Leaders Create Transformation in Their People, Their Organizations, and Themselves.
Do you communicate or do you connect with people?
Do you have a vision for your life?
Do you know the barriers between you and success?
Let’s close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Leaders are successful because of who they are far more often than because of what they do.
I provide Coaching, Consulting, and Professional Development customized to meet your needs as well as the needs of your organization.
Imagine breaking through the barriers that stand between you and achieving your goals with a partner who is committed to your success and who sees the potential that is within you.
Coaching is a process to open doors and explore solutions to the barriers between you and where you want to be.Self-examination and creative thinking are used to maximize your personal and professional growth in a non-threatening and non-judgemental environment. You will gain clarity about where you are, where you want to be and what is required to achieve your goals.
Clients have reported dramatic improvements in their perspective on work and life as a result of improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.
Group Coaching is about generating synergy and harnessing the power of rich conversations between like-minded people focused on finding solutions. Engaging as a team builds connections while empowering individual members to develop the leader within.
Group Coaching can focus a team to complete a project or a common goal. It can also support the growth of individual team members with a shared interest seeking individual growth.
Before we begin, I will meet with you to customize the approach to meet the needs of your organization.
What are Masterminds, Professional Learning Communities, Personal Learning Communities and how can they help me?
They are different names for a small group of people who share common interests, goals, and attitudes, meet regularly and are seeking to grow both personally and professionally. In each, members share thoughts and experiences, ask and answer questions, provide feedback and build connections. Research suggests that the most effective groups limit their size to eight to ten members.
The interactions within the group offer the opportunity to examine ideas from multiple perspectives in a non-judgmental and safe environment. Ideas are explored as a group and individually. The concept of Masterminds was first used by Napoleon Hill to describe a common practice he found among very successful people.
Let’s call them Masterminds, learning communities where the contributions of the individual members synergize to benefit the group while extending the personal and professional network of its members.
